Located on the 3rd and top floor of a small building with just three apartments (one per floor), this air-conditioned, dual-aspect apartment—bathed in light thanks to its three exposures—offers you a particularly quiet and pleasant setting.
With no neighbors on the same landing and no buildings directly across the way, you’ll enjoy true privacy throughout your stay. From the terraces, admire a magnificent, unobstructed view of Mount Canigou and the Albères Mountains.
A private parking space is also available, so you can park easily as soon as you arrive.
The apartment includes:
• A spacious 40 m2 living room.
• A high-quality sofa bed (140 × 190 cm), equipped with a solid bed frame and a comfortable mattress.
• A fully equipped separate kitchen: oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, dishes, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
• A bathroom with a bathtub.
• A washing machine.
• A smart TV.
• High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi.
• Terraces furnished for enjoying breakfast, lunch, or simply relaxing with a view of the mountains.
Upon your arrival, the bed will be made and towels will be provided in the bathroom. All you’ll have to do is unpack your bags and enjoy your stay.
