Quietly situated on the courtyard, this is a large studio in an old building.
Very bright, with 3 large windows, a super-comfortable double bed and an office area, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a large shower room with a 120*80 shower, and a separate toilet (always more pleasant for two people).

Ideal for a romantic weekend or a business trip.

This large 25m2 studio is well organized, with a kitchenette, a reading corner, an office area, and a large comfortable bed.
The floor is light parquet, the walls and ceiling are white, and light streams in through 3 large windows.
It's on the 3rd floor, with no lift.

The mattresses are of good quality, and the rental includes sheets, towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo. Cleaning products are provided.
There is a 140 double bed, and if required an 80 single bed. Please specify in advance if you would like the single bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, electric hob, fridge and microwave oven. I provide coffee, tea and sugar for breakfast, and the bakery is just around the corner for fresh croissants (even on Sundays).
Maps and tourist guides are available in the office, and I'd be delighted to advise you.

You can store your clothes in the wardrobe.

I originally furnished and equipped this studio for my parents and friends. I wanted it to be comfortable without fuss. I'm not a hotelier, but I hope you'll have a good time here.

If you stay longer than 4 days, I can do your laundry.
