Hi, I'm Carué. My apartment has a balcony with a garden, facing a beautiful church. Close to everything, including the LGBT scenes. You can walk to Paulista, Augusta and República.
I'm looking for like-minded guests who value human rights and culture. Metro S. Joaquim 800m away, quiet street, parking in front (daily R$30).
The room I'm renting has a double sofa bed with a firm, comfortable mattress. On the balcony, there are beach chairs, a mat and a table, with beautiful and diverse plants. The house is ventilated, bright and prepared for the cold. Bonus: a real bell, full of harmonics and, if you're lucky, an organ and Gregorian chant.
It's on the third and top floor of a building with no elevator. The bell rings on Sunday at 8:30 in the morning.

As the apartment is in a residential building, it is important to respect the rules of silence after 10pm and to be polite to neighbors and staff.
STAINS ON THE CARPET AND SOFA
These are vulnerable points in the house, due to the high cost of replacing them. We suggest only consuming wine or açaí at the table. As advertised, we will charge R$500.00 for significant stains. It doesn't cover the damage, but it does encourage prevention and early treatment.
If you spill something, use a cloth or plenty of paper towels to absorb it, without rubbing. Repeat the operation. Then scrub lightly with water and detergent, repeating several times. There are cloths on the bottom shelf of the cupboard next to the tank.
