Neighborhood Note: Our home is located in English Avenue, a historic Atlanta neighborhood currently undergoing revitalization. While extremely convenient to downtown and major attractions, parts of the area may appear less developed than fully gentrified neighborhoods. The neighborhood does have a higher crime rate compared to the city’s average. I have not had any incidents since owning the property. Guests should expect a diverse, authentic urban setting that may not fit everyone’s preferences.
