No children, teens, or additional guests under 21 are allowed on the property—no exceptions. 🔐 Discretion & Consent Matter Our space is kink-friendly and designed for respectful exploration. Please: Practice safe, sane, and consensual play Use all provided equipment responsibly Never invite unregistered guests or third parties 🛏 Occupancy Limit: 3 People Max This suite is designed for couples only. Unauthorized guests or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. 🎉 No Parties or Loud Music Intimate vibes only—no large gatherings, loud noise, or disruptive behavior. Quiet hours are from 10PM–8AM. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking (including vapes or incense) is allowed outside only. A $250 fee applies for indoor smoke odor. 🧼 Clean & Respect the Space Please treat the space with care Clean any toys or equipment after use Do not remove or damage furniture, art, or props 🧴 Product Use Use water-based products only with all provided furniture and gear.
