Slippers or socks are recommended indoors. Basic cleaning is included in your stay, but we ask that you leave the apartment reasonably tidy: No leftover trash or open food Dishes rinsed or placed in the sink Furniture in original position 🛋 Sofa Use If you sleep on the sofa or allow a guest to do so, it is mandatory to cover it with the white protective sheet provided. This helps preserve fabric quality and hygiene for future guests. Failure to comply may result in an additional cleaning charge. 🕯 Scent & Fragrance Policy Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, no burning of incense, scented candles, or use of strong perfumes/sprays indoors. Neutral, unscented products are encouraged during your stay. 🔇 Noise & Respect This is a peaceful residential building. Please keep voices and audio (TV, music) at a moderate level — especially during quiet hours (10 PM to 8 AM). Absolutely no parties, gatherings or loud guests are permitted. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and at windows. Any evidence of indoor smoking may result in penalties to cover deep cleaning. 🧺 Laundry A washing machine is available for personal use. Please avoid overloading it, and do not leave wet laundry inside the drum at check-out. 🕒 Check-in & Check-out Self check-in from 3 PM – flexible arrival Check-out by 11 AM – unless otherwise arranged Late check-outs may result in additional charges due to cleaning scheduling. 🏳‍🌈 As your host, I care deeply about offering a clean, welcoming and respectful space for all travellers.
