Living room: large 4-seater convertible sofa (if needed for 2 more people) with a 55" connected TV (Prime), plaids and cushions galore, plus plenty of board games for fun together. There's also a desk area where you can work if you need to. All with connected lamps to highlight the gold-toned painting. If there are more than 2 of you, the other guests can sleep on the sofa bed.

Kitchen: fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, induction hob, etc.), worktop - dining table with half-height stool, with plenty of utensils - cooking enthusiasts will love it with plenty of spices.

Bedroom 1: door with lock, 140 cm double bed, bedside tables and power strips on either side. Large 1.2 m dressing room with closet, drawers and multiple hangers. Extra comforters and pillows available.

Bathroom: shower stocked with shower gel, large washbasin, towel dryer.

Towels, sheets, washcloths, shower gel and shampoo available.

The apartment has an armored front door with several sets of keys (if there are several of you). The apartment is on the 1st floor - no elevator. Not accessible for wheelchair users (doors too small). The apartment includes 1 camera in the living room.
