The home's thoughtful layout includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. You'll find a guest room with a Queen bed and a second versatile bedroom furnished with both a Full bed and a sofa bed. The primary suite provides a quiet retreat with a King bed and direct sliding door access to the back patio and pool.

The incredible backyard is your private, fully-gated oasis. A large swimming pool invites you to cool off on a sunny day, while the covered patio provides shade for lounging. A grassy lawn area offers extra space for recreation and relaxation, creating an ideal setting for making memories.

Convenient driveway parking is included. For your peace of mind, the property is also monitored by exterior security cameras at the entryways. Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home, including all interior spaces, the fully-gated front yard, and the entire backyard with the pool and patio.

Please note: The garage is used for the owner's personal storage and is not accessible to guests. Driveway parking is provided for your convenience. This home is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly Los Angeles neighborhood. A large park with a playground is just a one-minute walk from your door, offering a perfect spot for morning strolls or for kids to play.

While the street is peaceful, you’re conveniently located with easy access to major freeways. You are only a short drive from the iconic shops and restaurants along Ventura Boulevard in Studio City. Major attractions like Universal Studios Hollywood are about a 15-minute drive away, while the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Beverly Hills are also within easy reach for a day of exploring. Convenient, off-street parking is available for you. The driveway has two side-by-side parking spots. Important Information Pool Heating: The pool is not heated by default. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $125 per day, with a two-night minimum. Check-in Process: For the safety of our guests, we kindly ask you to complete a short check-in form before arrival. The form will request each guest’s contact info, a valid ID, and a quick selfie. Once submitted, we’ll send your check-in instructions. This ensures only registered guests are on the property, and your information will always remain private. Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed on the property. These cameras monitor entryways and exterior common areas only. Family Needs: We are happy to accommodate families! Whether you need a crib, an extra bed, a high chair, or even babysitter contacts, just let us know. We are flexible and want to help make your stay comfortable. Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
