Great communication from host but it wasn't a good experience. Firstly, one week before arrival I was asked to accept a different apartment in another area of town (Turtle bay) due to a leakage. In my first day in this other apartment I found several cockroaches crawling in the kitchen. Only the following day came a pest control team to take care of it. After making a request I received a small compensation. Still, it was in all a stressful experience.
