You can’t beat being in a location where you can walk everywhere you need. Take a quick drive and find yourself in Downtown near Churchill Downs, the Jim Beam Urban Stillhouse, and U of L! (studio has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed + sleeper sofa - sleeps 4 total).

NO PARTIES / NEIGHBOR DISTURBANCES - You will be subjected to a fine of $1000 + any damages. We respect our neighbors and we want all our guests to do the same too!
NO PETS ALLOWED! - You will be subjected to a fine up to $500 + any excess cleaning or damages that may be incurred during your stay.
LOST KEYS - $50 per set if you missed it.
PLEASE NOTE: To ensure the safety of our property and neighborhood, the property manager may require a background check, your photo ID, and a selfie holding your ID prior to check-in.
*Guest booking should be 21 years old and above.
