Welcome to Catalina del Mar. We’re honored to host you in our peaceful oceanfront villa in Islote, Puerto Rico. We take pride in offering a clean, private, and relaxing space—and we ask that you help us maintain this environment for all guests. House Rules: Respect the Space: Treat the villa and outdoor areas with care. This is a privately owned home, and we’ve put a lot of love into making it comfortable. Windows Must Remain Closed: Due to the salt air, all windows must remain closed at all times to prevent damage. No Parties or Events: Please no loud gatherings, amplified music, or unregistered guests. This is a quiet residential community, and we ask that you honor that peace. Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No Smoking Inside: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. You may smoke outside, away from doors and windows. Pets: We welcome well-behaved, properly trained pets. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring one, and clean up after them both indoors and outdoors. Pool Use: The pool is for registered guests only. No diving. Please dry off before entering the house. Leave It As You Found It: Please clean up after yourself, dispose of trash properly, and leave used linens in the laundry area.
