Respect the Space Treat the home as you would your own. We’ve worked hard to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment—please help us keep it that way. 2. Quiet Hours Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM, especially in shared areas. 3. No Smoking Indoors Smoking is not permitted inside the home. You are welcome to use the designated outdoor area. 4. No Unauthorized Guests Only registered guests are allowed. If you’d like to host a friend briefly, just check in with us first. 5. Shared Spaces Be courteous in shared areas (kitchen, living room, bathrooms). Clean up after yourself and respect others’ privacy. 6. Kitchen Use You’re welcome to use the kitchen—just clean up any messes. 7. Security & Locks Always lock the front door when entering or leaving. For everyone’s safety, do not share the entry code. 8. Check-In/Check-Out • Check-in: After 1 PM • Check-out: By 11 AM Let us know if you need flexibility—we’ll do our best to accommodate. 9. No Parties or Events This is a peaceful residential space—parties are not allowed. 10. LGBTQ+ Affirming Space Our home is proudly LGBTQ+ inclusive.
