The cleaning team will contact you at the 2-week mark to come into the home to clean. This is to ensure we can provide you with a clean home during your stay and make it easier to turn over the house. | ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE. If you must, please do it outside (not in the garage) and away from doors/windows. Especially weed, as it holds a heavy smell. Keep in mind that weed smoke also sticks to your clothes and will also transfer to bedding, pillows, mattresses, furniture, etc. If the cleaning team discovers a smoke smell, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee ($150) as well as any extra charges that incurred if the house needs to be fumigated. | Normal leftover mess/cleaning will not be charged, within reason. | $100 total pet fee per stay. In the event of any damage, guests will be charged for the replacement of the item.
