Be in the nature coast of Florida without compromising the comforts of the city. 100% eco friendly home with solar power, EV fast charger for EV cars and HEATED pool. Home is equipped with state of the art Hurricane proofing for comfort and peace even in Hurricane season. 10 Minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from many rural Florida nature attractions such as Crystal river, Rainbow river and Devils Den.
The home has technically 3 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms, however there is a faux bedroom that will be converted into a legally built room in the coming month. There is also a futon bed in the Master bedroom. Allowing 10 to sleep easily in the home. 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 adult twin beds and 1 futon.
The home has every amenity you might need for your stay, hygiene products, cooking supplies and spices and so on.

Host recommendations
Cleaning fee is 160.00 per stay and this is charged at check in. Pet fee is 100.00 and is restricted to 2 small dogs or cats. If your pet excessively sheds and guest choose not to maintain this shedding. Additional cleaning costs will be charged to throughly remove pet hair for our next guests. Parking on the grass will incur a 250.00 fee as this damages the sprinkler heads and they will need replacing. Smoking in the home will incur a 250.00 fee, however smoking is permitted outside of the home on the back patio or in the backyard. If you are needing the EV charger for your EV car during your stay we have a flat rate charge of 10.00 per day for use of the charger for unlimited use. If any home furniture or linens are damaged or ruined during your stay we will expect that guests will take responsibility for these damages and will make reparations to correcting the damage for the next guests.
