Apartment Information & House Rules -Check-In / Check-Out -Check-in: 4pm Check-out: 10am Parking -Parking is not included automatically, but available for an additional fee. -If you have rented a parking space: please leave the remote behind when you depart and always use the designated parking space provided. -Street parking is public, and may be possible nearby, but no ********. Pool & Outdoor Areas -No Glassware allowed at the pool (plastic glasses available in the apartment) -Pool is located on the 4th floor. -Pool hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (please follow these times). -Please be considerate: no loud splashing, no behaviour that might affect other residents or neighbouring apartments. -Use beach towels for the pool; do not use bath towels there. Noise & Quiet Hours -To keep things comfortable for everyone, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum especially at night. -Quiet hours: [Insert time, e.g. 22:00 to 08:00]. If continuous disturbances occur, it may be reported to the local police. Smoking -No smoking inside the apartment. Appliances & Utilities -You’ll have available: dishwasher, washing machine, oven/hob, coffee machine, kettle, etc. -Please use them responsibly. Rubbish & Recycling -Location: at the back of the apartment. -Please sort recycling vs general rubbish as per bins. TV/Streaming -If you log into personal streaming devices (Netflix, Prime, etc.), please log out before you leave.
