On the upper floor are the bedrooms (2 with double beds), both with air conditioning and a balcony. Fully equipped bathroom. Capacity for 6 persons. The townhouse also has a toilet on the ground floor and a private parking. Smart TV, WIFI and espresso coffee machine (Nespresso) are some of the amenities of this fantastic property.

The access: Guests will have exclusive access to the villa and common areas of the condominium where the swimming pool is located. Free parking in the condominium and in front of the property.

We manage this property independently and all our “meet and greet” are in person. All our check-ins are from 4pm. However additional charges may apply when:

• Check-ins between 7 pm and 10 pm 25 euros • From 10 pm to midnight 45 euros • After midnight 90 euros

Early check-ins fee from 10 am to 4 pm: 25 euros / Late check-outs until 2 pm - 25 euros / until 6 pm - 50 euros (both always subject to availability)

Rental service for: Cot: 10 euros/unit/stay and baby highchair: 6 euros/unit/stay Rental beach towels: 5 euros per towel

This property does not have a permanent service like hotels. Services that are not included are considered additional and could have a service fee between 30 and 150 euros for:

• Called to open doors (forgotten or lost keys). • Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products. • Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence). • All other types of services not mentioned in the property information.
