Both fully equipped kitchens are available for your use, featuring two dishwashers, two ovens, two stoves, and double the necessary cookware to prepare your favorite meals. The first-floor dining area offers a casual setting with barstools at the island or a small cafe table. The second-floor dining room provides an ideal space for shared gatherings. Relax in the private backyard garden, which features outdoor seating for your enjoyment. We’ve conveniently located three dedicated off-street parking spots in the rear of the building. Check-in is contactless, and you’ll receive a personal access code the day before your arrival. This code is valid from 4 PM on check-in day until 11 AM on check-out day. Additionally, an extra camera is installed in the service area, which is strictly off limits to guests, and a motion sensor is located in the front common area. You will find smart locks for easy access and wifi details are provided upon arrival. Check in is at 16:00 and check out is at 10:00. Parties and events are strictly prohibited without prior approval. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise indoors during quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Pets are not permitted, though service animals are always welcome. Cleaning services are available during your stay upon request for an additional fee. Three off street parking spots are included for your use, specifically spots 2 through 4, as overnight street parking is prohibited and strictly enforced by the city.
