The Space: Full Access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire lower-level unit, including the living areas, bedroom, bathroom, and all amenities. Living Area: Cozy sectional sofa, smart TV, and plenty of seating for relaxation. Dining Area: Table for four, perfect for meals, work, or game nights. Bedroom: Serene and comfortable with a plush bed, smart TV, and ample storage. Bathroom: Modern fixtures, stocked with essentials, and a clean, bright space.

Hidden Door – A beloved neighborhood bar (with outdoor patio) that gives back to the community. Very welcoming vibe and a top spot for casual evenings. Gay Dallas +3 Hidden Door Bar +3 Eater Dallas +3 Alexandre’s – On Cedar Springs Road, great cocktail menu, often live music, friendly staff. Great for date nights or just chilling. Alexandre's +1 JR’s Bar & Grill – One of the most recognizable gay bars, with good food, drinks, outdoor seating, and a fun, social atmosphere. Visit Dallas +2 Bellhop +2 Sue Ellen’s – Famous lesbian bar, but open to all; multi-level, different vibes depending on what you’re in the mood for. Visit Dallas +2 Eater Dallas +2 Station 4 (“S4”) – For big nights, dance, drag shows, and themed party nights. Quiet Hours – Out of respect for neighbors, please keep noise levels low between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Smoking Policy – Smoking is not allowed indoors. You may use designated outdoor areas. Pets – Please confirm with us before bringing pets. Check-In & Check-Out – Check-in is after [insert time] and check-out is by [insert time]. We kindly ask that you respect these times unless otherwise arranged. Safety & Security – Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
