It’s a neighborhood with character, close to lively districts (Downtown, Deep Ellum, Oak Lawn) while still giving a more local, residential feel. 🌆 Things to See & Do Kessler Theater – Located at 1230 W Davis St in Winnetka Heights. A historic live-music venue for concerts, performances, and community events. Wikipedia Exposition Park – Just to the east, this artsy area has galleries, small studios, and eclectic businesses. Walking here gives a feel for local Dallas creativity. Wikipedia 🏳🌈 LGBTQ+ Scene & Nightlife Oak Lawn / Cedar Springs Road is the heart of Dallas’ LGBTQ+ nightlife. To ensure a great stay for everyone, please keep these simple house rules in mind: Respect the Space – Treat the home as you would your own. Please keep things tidy and report any damages right away. No Parties or Unregistered Guests – Our place is meant for relaxation and connection, not large gatherings. Quiet Hours – Out of respect for neighbors, please keep noise levels low between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Smoking Policy – Smoking is not allowed indoors. You may use designated outdoor areas. Pets – No allowed. Check-In & Check-Out – Check-in is after 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. We kindly ask that you respect these times unless otherwise arranged. Safety & Security – Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Community Values – This is a welcoming, inclusive space. Any form of discrimination or disrespectful behavior is not tolerated. We want you to enjoy your stay, feel at home, and create wonderful memories. 💜
