Welcome! 🌈 I hope you have a wonderful stay in Paris and that you feel right at home here. A few simple rules will help everyone enjoy the apartment to the fullest and maintain good relations with the neighbors. 🕒 Check-in and Check-out • Check-in is completely self-service via a key box located a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. Instructions will be sent to you before your arrival. • Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleaning before the next guests arrive. 👥 Occupancy • Only the people listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the apartment. • Visitors and parties are not allowed. 🔇 Respect for the Neighborhood The apartment is located in an older Parisian building where sound travels easily. I also live on the same floor. Please keep the noise down between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM: • no loud music; • no loud conversations in common areas; • avoid using the washing machine or dishwasher during these hours. 🔐 When Leaving the Apartment • Always lock the door when you go out. • On the day of departure, leave the key on the table in the entryway inside the apartment and simply close the door behind you. Please do not leave the key in the lock. 🏡 Take Care of the Apartment Please treat the apartment with the same care as if it were your own. If something breaks, gets stained, or stops working during your stay, just let me know. Accidents happen, and honest communication always helps us find the best solution. 📹 Security For the security of the apartment, a smart peephole is installed on the front door. It only films the common hallway outside the door and never the interior of the apartment. No audio is recorded. I’m always available if you need advice, a recommendation, or assistance during your stay. I live right next door and would be happy to help you make the most of your time in Paris.
