We provide a futon for optional 3rd adult or 2 little ones.

This private detached above garage apartment is part of a much larger oceanfront estate. The main house is also used as a short-term rental unit. If interested, we can send you the link. It is important to note, when renting this unit, you do not have access to areas around the main house so we can protect the privacy of the guests staying there. There is parking for one car please.

There is no A/C. Please feel free to use the 2 provided box fans and ceiling fan.

We are full time hosts and want to give you a great experience. Mahalo! Guests have full use of this above garage private studio apartment and access to the oceanfront. Note this is not a swimming beach. It's a steep cliff and rock shoreline. That said it's an amazing place to watch sea life and the ocean. This is a wonderful gated community. A car is recommended. In the Hawaiian Tradition, please remove shoes as you enter. Cancelations are subject to a 3% processing fee.
