Charming cottage in the grounds of an old mill

🌟 A charming stone cottage, a garden, a stream flowing through the trees to the lovingly inhabited old mill. This is the perfect place for a couple or two friends looking for authenticity, beauty and moments to share. Located in the picturesque Lot, just a short distance from the Périgord, the cottage welcomes you with its cozy and bright atmosphere. An invitation to explore castles and fairy-tale landscapes of the French Southwest.

🏡 Gîte du Moulin de Maître Pierre is a small yellow stone cottage of 40 sqm on two levels: ⸰ Piano terra - Dining area with equipped kitchen. Bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. ⸰ Piano superiore - Air-conditioned room with double bed, topper, feather and memory foam pillows.

🛎 Wi-Fi, air conditioning and free parking on site.

🌳 In the garden, the protagonist is the stream that brings water to the mill, a natural background that makes the atmosphere unique. You can stretch out on the lawn, read under the trees and breathe in the quietness. The garden is shared with us, your hosts, who live in the mill in front of the cottage and with our animals: two dogs, two cats and six chickens. We are present but always discreet, happy to give you advice or a chat if you wish.

🅿 The cottage has its own entrance through a private gate. Upon arrival we will be there to welcome you in person and hand over the keys.

🤝 We live in the mill right in front of the cottage, always available if needed.

🐾 A large dog, a medium-sized dog, two cats and six chickens also live with us.

🚭 No smoking allowed inside. Ashtray available outside.
