Parking and access : 1. To unload your car in a safe and dry place, you are authorized to enter the residence's garages (A), and then access the 1st floor by descending the stairs on the left. Please note that you cannot park here. 2. If parking spaces are available, you can park in front of the balconies (B). Otherwise, park in the free, guarded, covered parking lot 100 m from the residence. See station map: Casse Blanche covered parking lot. 3. To reach the residence on foot, use the stairs or the garage entrance (A). Apartment and set-up : 1. Located on the 1st floor, apartment no. 16: JAVELAUR 2. As you enter, on the left, you'll see the electricity meter. To switch on, pull the black handle downwards. To switch off, pull up. Check that all circuit breakers are ON. 3. To turn on the water, go to the bathroom and turn the handle, located to the right of the shower, upwards (open) and to the right (close). The handle is now green and no longer red. 4. The bathroom heater is a towel warmer. It's easy to use and switches on with the control box. CAUTION: don't turn it on too hot, as it's very efficient. 5. The bathroom is equipped with a VMC that switches on when the light is on. When the bathroom light is switched off, the VMC continues to run for between 5 and 7 minutes. 6. The living room heating is switched on by pressing the red button at the bottom "1" and switched off by pressing the same button "0". Then press the central button (below the mode button), and set the desired temperature with "+" or "-". 7. The living room is also equipped with an electric fireplace. It is controlled directly by a start button, and adjustments are made using a small remote control in the grey cabinet beneath the TV. 8. The cellar (n°16A) which serves as a ski or bike room is on the landing opposite the apartment 14. It is forbidden to walk or enter the apartment with ski boots, skis, snowboards, ski poles, bicycles, scooters, etc. Arrival - Departure and equipment: Photos -Statement of condition : - Please take 4 photos (bedroom + bathroom + kitchen + living room) on arrival and departure and send them to us on arrival and departure. - There is no complete inventory of fixtures, only a visual check. You trust us by renting our apartment, we do the same. Departure: - Please clean and tidy the apartment for future tenants. - Please take 4 photos (bedroom + bathroom + kitchen + living room) on departure and send them to us. - Lock the bacon and draw the curtains. - Empty garbage cans. - Check that cellar and ski room are locked. - Turn off water in bathroom and open kitchen and bathroom taps to empty remaining water, then turn off both taps. - Leave the 2 refrigerator doors open. - Switch off main electricity (black knob in up position). - Put spare keys back in wooden box (chalet).
