Hop in an Uber to get to The Pearl in 5 mins or 8 mins to The Alamo! The San Antonio Botanical Gardens are a 10-minute walk away through Mahncke Park. If you bring a car, there is safe and secure parking

This 1922 bungalow has many of its original features (fireplace, crown molding, porcelain tub, original wood floors, 29 restored windows, etc.). I'm a San Antonio native, who lived in NYC for 20 years (I've had many roommates!) and lived in Mexico for a couple months just before pandemic. 🌿 House Rules Welcome! My home’s a charming 100+ year-old beauty, so a little TLC goes a long way. 💚 Please open and close the front door gently — she’s vintage! No flushing baby wipes (not even the “flushable” ones). No outdoor shoes inside. Bring slippers if you like, or borrow the guest slippers on the bench. No eating in the living room — the white sofas thank you! And please don’t feed Yohualli (trust me, those puppy eyes are professional-level). 🐾 You’re welcome to enjoy the shared spaces — green TV room, dining room, kitchen, sitting room, and porch. In the kitchen: Feel free to use the fridge, cookware, and appliances (except the dishwasher — it’s moody about drying). The tall silver bin = recyclables only. The small round bin = trash. Marble countertops stain easily — please wipe spills right away using a damp cloth only. The purified water spout on the counter is all yours! 💧 Oh — and help yourself to a good read from the mini library in the living room. Just pop books back when you’re done. If there’s anything you need to make your stay even more comfortable, I’m just a message away. 🌈✨
