No unregistered guests allowed.
No gatherings, events, or parties.
No smoking. Evidence of smoking indoors will incur a $300 deep-cleaning fee, plus any additional damage costs.
No illegal substances allowed.
No candles, incense, or open flames inside.
Any damage, accidents, water leaks, or hazards are to be reported to host immediately.
All garbage and guest personal items are to be removed upon departure.
Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges and/or cancellation without refund.
