The studio is located at the crossroads of the Matabiau and Saint-Aubin districts, two particularly dynamic and inclusive areas. You'll be just a few minutes' walk from Toulouse's iconic nightlife hotspots.

My nearby recommendations: - Bear's Bar (44 bd de la Gare): Just a few steps away, this must-visit bar with its warm ambience welcomes a clientele of bears and supporters. It's the perfect place to start the evening on their terrace. - Le Limelight (23 bis bd Riquet): Right next to the Marengo metro station, this lounge bar and club is a local institution. Highly appreciated for its modern decor and festive atmosphere, it attracts a varied, young clientele. - Le G-BOY (56 Port Saint-Sauveur): For night owls, this LGBTQIA+ club is open on Friday and Saturday nights until dawn. It offers a clubbing atmosphere with DJ and several relaxation areas. - Le G-Bar (11 rue de Thionville): G-Boy's little brother, ideal for an early evening drink in a more intimate, cosy setting. - Le KS: Just a few minutes' walk away, this is the city's most famous and busiest sauna. A Toulouse institution known for its top-quality facilities and unique atmosphere. It's the ideal place to relax right next door. - Les Thermes / Le Colonial (8 place Belfort): Located right next to the Matabiau train station, this is the city's other gay sauna. Jean's apartment is very clean and super well equipped. The coffee machine made me want to get one myself. With the windows closed, it's very quiet and even with them open, the trains move slowly and you get used to it quickly. Superbly located 5 minutes from the station and close to everything. Jean is also very accommodating and responds quickly. I recommend.

Absolutely stunning location, place, and host. No problems at all, but just satisfaction. If you wish to have as smooth a stay as possible in Toulouse, it is hard to find better. Seriously recommend.

Very cosy, and ideally located, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, metro, gay bar and sauna. A perfect base for exploring the city - especially for me as an avid train traveler. The location next to the railway tracks is absolutely not an issue; the sound insulation is very good.

Very pleasant stay in this ideally sized apartment, well located and well equipped. The sofa bed is very practical and comfortable. Very good instructions for arrival and departure with peace of mind and attention is also paid to the smooth running of the stay. I recommend staying at Jean's rental :)
