Available now- 120sq ft bedroom for rent in three year old end unit townhome in West Seattle. Includes all utilities (trash, water, electric, and Wi-Fi).

Room is on 2nd floor and furnished with queen bed frame/mattress, end table and mini split heating and A/C unit with remote. Room has a decent sized closet. Includes access to bathroom with walk in shower, split vanity and heated floors.

Tenant has access and space in kitchen (Main floor), W/D unit on 3rd floor and rooftop deck.

Adequate street parking available (no cost) or direct access to bus stop.

Home has a ring doorbell as well as keyless entry door. Security camera in open view on each floor.

Ideal tenant would be LGBTQ friendly who is clean and quiet. Two homeowners-one who works from home when not traveling and the other works daytime locally. While no additional pets allowed, homeowners own a dog and dog sit part time.
