Perched on the top floor of a building with elevator, this loft, completely renovated in June 2025 by an architect, elegantly blends old-world character (exposed beams, high ceilings, balconies) with modern comfort (waxed concrete bathroom, fully-equipped open kitchen), all in a green setting.
A haven of peace in the heart of the lively Gambetta district, where bars, restaurants and Parisian life await you just a stone's throw away.
During your stay, I'll sleep on the mezzanine and leave you my double bed.
