Spacious, bright, cosy and modern, my 70m2 apartment with parquet floor features 2 private terraces of 15m2 (main south-facing) and 10m2, 2 bedrooms with French windows and access to private north-facing terrace, large living room and fully-equipped hi-tech kitchen.
On the second floor of a secure residence, the entire apartment was refurbished in April 2021 after acquisition in January 2021.
The main room: living room and kitchen
You'll start your stay in a "real" entrance hall, corridor and airlock where you can leave your personal belongings and hang your coats, hats, scarves and bags on the mirrored entrance console.
Then you'll discover the main room, a light-filled living area with a sober, elegant style, divided between the living room and kitchen, with access to and a view of the main south-facing terrace, with electric roller shutters.
The fixed 3-seater sofa will give you a rest from your journey: be careful, it's very comfortable! And for even more relaxation, you can even add its removable chaise longue.
The 6-person solid acacia wood dining table will be delighted to host your breakfasts, meals and dinners.
The kitchen is fully (over) equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee maker and a profusion of utensils that I have detailed in the ad.
Everything is practical and very intuitive: the watchword is simplicity!
In the corridor leading to the "north wing", you'll find the toilet and a very large closet.
The bedrooms: the 12 m2 master bedroom is the one I occupy myself when you're not renting the apartment.
This beautiful, spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200) with a thick mattress (20cm) and box spring. Beware of heavy sleepers, it's extraordinarily comfortable and hard to get out of in the morning ;)
With its parquet flooring and warm ambience, I hope you'll enjoy a good night's sleep.
Please note: as a year-round occupant, I'll be storing my personal belongings in the bedroom wardrobe, which is padlocked.
The 11 m2 bedroom is the apartment's secondary bedroom - it's my guest room!
I completely renovated it in 2022 to give you maximum comfort and relaxation, so that you'll feel perfectly at home and enjoy your stay with me. You'll sleep in a double bed (140x190) with the same quality of bedding as the main bedroom (thick mattress and box spring).
The bathroom: this was the very first room I renovated!
You'll find a walk-in shower with rainfall function or classic showerhead, a multi-function mirror, and a washing machine with porthole that you can of course use.
