This spacious triple room is an ideal solution for families or small groups of friends who wish to explore Tivoli while enjoying a privileged view.

The room is bright, colorful and designed for your comfort. It is equipped with:
- A comfortable set-up for three people.
- An additional armchair bed, bringing the maximum capacity to 4 guests.
- Private bathroom in the room.
- Air conditioning to ensure the perfect temperature in every season.
- A splendid panoramic view of the city of Tivoli.

Just outside the room, you will have access to a practical area shared with the other two rooms in the facility. Here you will find everything you need for a refreshment break or a quick breakfast:
- Refrigerator
- Microwave oven
- Cups, mugs, cutlery and saucers
- Kettle with tea, chamomile and herbal teas
- Coffee maker with coffee pods, barley and ginseng

When you arrive you can stop in front of the Traffic Police so we can help you unload your luggage and you can go park.
The nearest parking lot is on the train station boulevard, 150 meters from us. It is free and safe.
Or you can leave your car in Piazza Massimo (GPS: 41° 57'53.0 "N 12° 48'05.7 "E). It is 350 meters away and fortunately it is the cheapest in the city and video monitored.

We provide our private garage free of charge.

Exit the Tivoli train station (FS "Tivoli" NO "Tivoli Villa d'Este") and go right, walk along the tree-lined avenue for 150 meters and turn right at the first intersection. Walk along Tiburtina Valeria for another 150 meters. We are next to the traffic police.
