The studio is one mile from the famous Eagle PDX. Fridays and Saturdays are the best nights to party there. Sunday afternoons are a fun tea dance.

9 minute ride to Badlands, the Stag, Scandals and CC Slaughters. There’s drag shows at Darcelle XV. We are also a convenient 5 min drive to Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum for concerts and events.

Additionally, we are a 12 min drive to the Leif Erickson trail at Forest Park and a 25 min drive to Multnomah Falls for day hikes.

Contactless check-in is offered. Guests are welcome, please no parties after midnight, no smoking inside the unit. Quiet hours are midnight to 8am. For guests staying longer than 4 nights, I offer 1 free laundry day. Access to washer and dryer every 4 days. Just text me when you want to use the laundry room and I will give you access. Check out instructions: 1. Turn off AC/heater and all lights 2. Please put all used dishes/cups in the dishwasher 3. You can leave the used towels in the bathroom and I'll take care of the rest.

Fabulous all around. I know if there are chickens and rabbits in neighbourhood it's a safe place. The studio was everything I needed. The cannabis and the food down the street great. If I have to come back to Portland I hope it's available. And though I only briefly saw Yen I bet she's fun to hang out with.

My first night, I didn't have a signal on my phone, but Yen came to my rescue. For those of you who are light sleepers like me, this cute cottage is in a quiet area. Restful sleep guaranteed on a comfortable bed. It was easy to go downtown and out to the airport on the yellow MAX line. Great location and tastefully decorated.

This is my second time staying at Yen's listing. I enjoyed my stay so much. From the beginning, communication is easy and proactive. The listing itself feels like home and very comfortable. Love the proximity to various public transportation options or if using rideshare (all were under $20 to downtown). I definitely recommend this listing when visiting Portland.

Yen's studio is amazing, contains all the amenities to feel at home. The bed was so comfortable. The interior design is just as described clean, stylish and modern. I also like that the studio is close to public transportation. I would completely recommend this space.
