Seating for eating. 3 minute walk to bars, restaurants and coffee shops. 1 mile away from the famous Eagle PDX, 9 minute ride to downtown to Badlands Club, The Stag, Silverado and CC Slaughters. 5 minute drive, a quick and straight shot to Moda Center and Memorial Coliseum for concerts, shows and sports events.

The studio is one mile from the famous Eagle PDX. Fridays and Saturdays are the best nights to party there. Sunday afternoons are a fun tea dance.
9 minute ride to Badlands, the Stag, Scandals and CC Slaughters. There’s drag shows at Darcelle XV. We are also a convenient 5 min drive to Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum for concerts and events.
Additionally, we are a 12 min drive to the Leif Erickson trail at Forest Park and a 25 min drive to Multnomah Falls for day hikes.

Contactless check-in is offered. Guests are welcome, please no parties after 11pm, no smoking inside the unit. Quiet hours are midnight to 8am, there are nice neighbors right next door. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s a relaxing and chill base to hang out.
For guests staying longer than 4 nights, I offer 1 free laundry day.
Access to washer and dryer every 4 days. Just text me when you want to use the laundry room and I will give you access.
Check out instructions:
1. Turn off AC/heater and all lights
2. Please put all used dishes/cups in the dishwasher
3. You can leave the used towels in the bathroom and I'll take care of the rest.
