Welcome to the heart of Yeldeğirmeni, offering a breathtaking view of the majestic Bosphorus. Nestled in a historic area, this 140m2 duplex apartment awaiting you on the 4th floor. As is characteristic of this historic district, there is no elevator in the building. However, the panoramic vista promises to captivate your senses with every ascent. Kindly note that smoking is permitted only in the kitchen and balcony areas.
I am living alone with my sweet cat Puffy, a feline companion with a dog-like personality. Puffy will gladly indulge in belly rubs, cuddles, and pets anywhere you please. Her playful antics and affectionate demeanor often turn each stay into a heartwarming love story.
The upstairs bedroom offers a tranquil and comfortable stay with a separate guest bathroom and a dedicated work/study area. Refresh yourself in the shower while enjoying a splendid view of the Bosphorus.
For your convenience, check-in is at 3:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Please inform me if you require alternate arrangements to ensure a delightful experience for both of us.

Here are some short house rules. They are really important for me so during your stay, in order to make this a great experience I kindly ask you to read below. They are nothing to really worry about but it will make your stay more pleasant :) the basics are all in the details of the listing.
- Because it is a historic are the building unfortunately doesnt have an elevator and the flat is on the 4th (top) floor. (Important)
-All windows in use have cat protectors, so make sure that the cat is inside during your stay and usage of the terrace. Puffy, my cat is really friendly and dog like cat, she is just really fast and because of the heat, she likes to run away. Using the protectors will stop her being a explorer (really important)
- I do not accept any non-misterbnb guests to sleep over or stay inside the house. We can always update the guest count for this.
- I would appreciate if you could do all laundry before 11pm.
- No outside shoes in the house. Only in the door step area to wear or take off. unfortunately, the streets in Istanbul are extremely dirty.
- Other than the kitchen or the balcony, the house is non-smoking
