★ LIVING ROOM: Features a queen sofa bed for additional accommodations and a Smart TV and large windows with lots of natural light and views. Open concept to the kitchen with island and with a dining table in between the spaces.

★ KITCHEN: Equipped with modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and essential cookware.

★ PARKING: Nearby parking garage, valet or street parking.

★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: Package deliveries are not authorized for stays under 30 days. Please utilize the nearby Amazon Lockers for any deliveries during your stay.

★ PROVISIONS: Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.

★ PET POLICY: Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Advance notice of the number and weight of pets is required. Subject to meeting pet requirements.

We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
