Welcome to Tropical Okinawa Beach Co-Living – a tropical, cozy, and creative home for digital nomads and long-stay travelers. Located in Ginowan, only a 14-minute walk (or quick bike ride) from Araha Beach, our 3-room apartment combines Japanese calm with a tropical, bohemian vibe.
Each guest enjoys a private room with balcony, ergonomic workspace, and access to luxury shared spaces — perfect for 30-day stays and longer.

No smoking inside the apartment. No drugs/ weed. Energy & Gas Rule – may result in a fee Always switch off all gas and electricity sources (screens, power switches, AC) before leaving any area. Excess consumption requires an additional fee, which is easily avoided by turning everything off. Hot Water Boiler Rule – may result in a fee Only turn on the hot water boiler when you plan to take a shower or bath. Leaving it on unnecessarily increases gas use and may result in a fee. No parties or loud noise after 10 PM. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Always keep common areas clean and tidy, and clean up after yourself after cooking, eating, or using shared spaces. Take out your trash to the designated area (instructions and video are included in the YouTube guest info playlist). Moving any furniture or using the surfboards or taping/hanging/nailing anything on the walls or anywhere else is strictly prohibited. Please communicate with both your host and flatmates before making any decisions that affect the shared space — co-living is about respect and cooperation.
