The room has been completely renovated by the end of 2025 and is designed differently in terms of wall colors. The furnishings have remained the same. The photos have already been updated.

Welcome to "Casa Burns". Centrally located, only 5 underground stations from the city center (Hauptwache) (runs every 3 or 5 minutes; 7 minutes to the city). All sights and the university are super easy to reach.

I share my apartment with you, in which I live now for nearly 25 years. I think the apartment furnished in a loving, sensible and high-tech way (I'm a little smart home nerd).

The room is equipped with a bed (140cm x 200cm), two chairs, a small side table, a desk with office chair, monitor, webcam, a keyboard & mouse, TV and two closets.

Newly installed: A ceiling fan, a SONOS Speaker (to stream & listen to your own music) and electric window blinds.
