Studio apartment located on the 7th floor of an elegant building, just 300 mt from the San Siro Ippodromo subway station, 50 mt from the Stadium of the same name and the tram16 stop in the direction of the Duomo and 500 mt from the De Montel spa .
Lovely studio apartment, renovated and equipped. Consists of one main room, with equipped kitchen, table and foldaway double bed with sofa. 3-door wardrobe with drawers inside, bathroom with shower and a small balcony overlooking the city.
In the apartment there is a microwave oven, fridge with freezer, 5 G wifi, washing machine, TV, coffee maker and central underfloor heating .
