Get a coffee and bagel at Bloom Bistro a few steps away. From this convenient location, it's a 10-minute drive to both downtown Seattle and SeaTac airport. If you want to ditch your car, the bus stop with direct service to downtown or Capitol Hill is one block away.

This 400+ square foot studio apartment includes a full kitchen, dining area, living area, sleeping area, and full bath. The unit has sleeping accommodations for up to four guests, with a full bed and a sofa that easily transforms into a comfortable queen bed. The big front window provides a view of our tree-lined street and the up-down shade lets you pick the right balance of light and privacy. The kitchen has basic cooking equipment, though you might not use it much with all of the incredible restaurants close by.

Key pad entry allows you to check in anytime. I'll provide your individual code as part of the welcome letter before your arrival. The unit does not have a designated parking space, but street parking is easy and plentiful at this location.

We (Kevin and Matt) have recently become enamored with what Georgetown has to offer to our community! The bar scene is rugged and gay friendly.
