The room offers a working space and shared living room / kitchen, free Wi-Fi. Separate bathroom with rainfall shower. You will have your own room, your own separate bathroom, shared kitchen and living room, shared garden.
My house is not really close to the city center, however public transport is available it is in a close proximity to the Student city, Diplomatic neighborhood, IKEA, Paradise Mall and taxi services are available at a very competitive prices

Bulgarian couple living in Sofia. We use to travel a lot and i believe that you need someone who have a clear idea what a person on the road really wants. It is vital for short visit guests getting a proper host who could meet, provide info on getting around, red tapes, sightseeing, entertainment, to taste local food, to relax and recharge, to connect to locals... Keeping that in mind, i will put the best efforts to create your relaxing place to stay - the one I have always wished to stay at.

To keep the apartment pleasant and comfortable for everyone, I kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules: Please do not open windows while the heating or air conditioning is running. Please turn off the air conditioning, heating, and lights whenever you go out. Please avoid unnecessary energy use when you are not in the apartment. Keep noise to a respectful level, especially late in the evening. No smoking indoors. Please leave the apartment reasonably clean and tidy. Overnight stays are only for registered guests.
