Bulgarian couple living in Sofia. We use to travel a lot and i believe that you need someone who have a clear idea what a person on the road really wants. It is vital for short visit guests getting a proper host who could meet, provide info on getting around, red tapes, sightseeing, entertainment, to taste local food, to relax and recharge, to connect to locals... Keeping that in mind, i will put the best efforts to create your relaxing place to stay - the one I have always wished to stay at.

To keep the apartment pleasant and comfortable for everyone, I kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules: Please do not open windows while the heating or air conditioning is running. Please turn off the air conditioning, heating, and lights whenever you go out. Please avoid unnecessary energy use when you are not in the apartment. Keep noise to a respectful level, especially late in the evening. No smoking indoors. Please leave the apartment reasonably clean and tidy. Overnight stays are only for registered guests. I had a very nice stay with Victor and Dan who were very generous, easy going and helpful hosts. City centre is not too far using bus and metro (also, Victor gave me a useful lift to the Dimitrov metro station on both arrival and departure). Around the corner are a few shops and a place to eat out if you're not eating in or in town. There's strong WiFi throughout the flat and a nice little desk/working space in the room. I would definitely go again.

Victor and Danny are great and smiling hosts. It's a place where you can do very interesting conversations about a lot of things about Bulgaria, history etc. Of course drinking wine or мастика. The room is clean and bright and you can spend lovely moments in the garden if the weather allows it.

Quiet place in a good residence on the outskirts of Sofia. Victor very kindly came to find me and the next day he approach me to the center. Thank you so much. The stay has been great and I have enjoyed good company.

Victor and his partner hosted me for a couple of days. Their welcoming hospitality made for a good stay. Victor provided good advice for places to eat, things to do and was helpful in getting around the city. He even took care of some laundry for me. Good place to stay.

This house is lovely and cozy place indeed. Victor and Dani(?) is really friendly guys. They were truly helpful everything for me. Ok. Let me say frankly. The location isn't perfect to enjoy sightseeing old town in Sofia. But their hospitality is enough not to care of the flaw and thanks to reasonable taxi fare, it wouldn't be burden to come and go any place from this house if you don't too mind the bargaining with taxi driver over the price. What do you want in the private room on this site? If you are finding a heartily welcoming and helpful local host with good personality, CHOOSE IT. I recommend you.
