The apartment is located on the 5th floor (the building has an elevator or you should clim the stairs). It has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 sofa-bed in the living room, 1 bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for 2 people.

Few easy rules to follow: - No smoking in the apartment. - We do not use outdoor shoes inside, please remove upon entering - Clean after yourself and keep place clean on your part. Please leave the apartment as clean as it was when you arrived. - Do not leave surfaces wet (bathroom, kitchen etc) - water damages are time-consuming and very expensive to repair. - I'm very careful with my belongings, so I highly appreciate your respect and appreciation for other peoples belongings. - When something breaks or gets dirty please inform me so I can take care of it before next guests arrive or let them now beforehand. - Also I like you to notice that this is old building, so it has thick walls but not so thick floors and ceilings - loud noise is heard to and from upstairs and downstairs. Be quiet from 21:00 till 08:00 - Please don't use my WIFI for anything illegal!

Nikolay's place was absolutely perfect for our visit to Sofia - excellent location, very clean and beautifully decorated. Nikolay was a brilliant host who gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and was easily contactable and friendly. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in Sofia.

A truly beautiful apartment in a great location. The place is modern and has been kept to a high standard. The apartment is very clean and very conveniently located - short walking distance to all central places in Sofia. The apartment is also very close to a metro station if you want to explore Sofia further. There are several convenience stores nearby and a bakery by the apartment entrance. Communication with the owner was fantastic and nothing was ever a problem.

Nikolay's apartment is ideally located within walking distance of Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the meeting point for the Balkan Bites Tour and many other attractions. The apartment is a great space to cook, chill and sleep in. Decorated wonderfully and with everything you might need. Nikolay was an incredible host, always keeping on top of things, providing tons of recommendations including things on that weekend, and was reachable throughout. Highly recommended.
