Оur apartment is 7-10 min walking to the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Sofia University, Sofia library, cafes, restaurants and some of the most famous clubs and bars in Sofia.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor (the building has an elevator or you should clim the stairs). It has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 sofa-bed in the living room, 1 bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen.

Few easy rules to follow:
- No smoking in the apartment.
- We do not use outdoor shoes inside, please remove upon entering
- Clean after yourself and keep place clean on your part. Please leave the apartment as clean as it was when you arrived.
- Do not leave surfaces wet (bathroom, kitchen etc) - water damages are time-consuming and very expensive to repair.
- I'm very careful with my belongings, so I highly appreciate your respect and appreciation for other peoples belongings.
- When something breaks or gets dirty please inform me so I can take care of it before next guests arrive or let them now beforehand.
- Also I like you to notice that this is old building, so it has thick walls but not so thick floors and ceilings - loud noise is heard to and from upstairs and downstairs. Be quiet from 21:00 till 08:00
- Please don't use my WIFI for anything illegal!
