The apartment is located in the very centre - 8-10 minutes away from Vitosha Blvd, Palace of Justice, Serdica station. It is located on the 4th floor (you should climb the stairs). It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 sofa-bed in the living room, 1 bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen.
Public parking is available without any reservation. It costs 1 leva per hour (maximum stay 4 hours)

- No smoking in the apartment.
- Do NOT use your outdoor shoes inside. Please, remove upon entering
- Clean after yourself and keep the place clean on your part. Please leave the apartment as clean as it was when you arrived.
- Do not leave surfaces wet (bathroom, kitchen etc) - water damages are time-consuming and very expensive to repair.
- I'm very careful with my belongings, so I highly appreciate your respect and appreciation for other peoples belongings.
- When something breaks or gets dirty please inform me so I can take care of it before the next guests arrive or let them know beforehand.
- Also, I like you to notice that this is an old building, so it has thick walls but not so thick floors and ceilings - loud noise is heard too and from upstairs and downstairs. Be quiet from 09:00 PM till 08:00 AM
- Please don't use my WIFI for anything illegal!
The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
