Beautiful second-floor apartment with a peaceful lake view, featuring a lovely water fountain in the center of the lake. This is a private guest room in a shared home—my husband and I live here. Nudity is allowed, and we might even be nude during your stay.
Enjoy beautiful views of the lake from the windows throughout the apartment, as well as from the shared balcony. You’ll also have views of the tennis courts (hot guys playing shirtless often), plus the garden, pool, and BBQ area—all just steps away.
Shopping centers, restaurants, hair salons, supermarkets, gas stations, and more are just a few minutes’ drive or a 10–15 minute walk.
Only a 15-minute drive to Central Avenue, where you’ll find plenty of hot gay clubs and bars.
Please note that food and beverages are not included with the stay and can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

What you’ll have access to:
You’re welcome to use the kitchen, dining room, living room, and balcony during your stay. Please treat them like you would a friend’s home.
House Rules
• Clean up after yourself: Dishes in the dishwasher, wipe counters, and keep shared spaces tidy for everyone.
• Guests & parties: We’re super open and social — we might even join you! But please ask us first before having people over or throwing any kind of party. No surprise gatherings.
• Quiet hours: 10pm–7am on weekdays. Sound travels, so let’s keep it chill during those times.
• Smoking: Outside on the balcony only, please. No smoking inside.
• Vaping: Allowed in doors.
• Bedroom privacy: The guest room is all yours. Other bedrooms are private to us.
• Towels/linens: Provided for you. Beach/pool towels are in the hall closet — just toss used ones in the hamper.
• Kitchen use: Help yourself to coffee, tea, and basics. If you cook, just clean cookware when you’re done.
• A/C & energy: Florida bills are no joke 😅 Please turn off lights when you head out.
• Damage/issues: Accidents happen. Just let us know so we can fix it.
• Check-out: No chores, but strip the bed and leave used towels in the bathroom. That’s it!
