ITAPYTANGA STUDIOS: a unique experience on the north coast of São Paulo! Red Studio Charming studio located in one of the most beautiful spots in Ubatuba, overlooking Praia Vermelha do Centro. Just 500m from Praia Vermelha, the space accommodates up to 4 people: queen size bed, double sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen, microwave, ceiling fans, wi-fi, fiber optic Smart TV with over 70 channels and a wonderful balcony where, relaxing in one of the hammocks, you can contemplate the forest and the sea.

For those who want the peace and quiet of contact with nature, being lulled by the sound of the waves crashing on the beach below, as well as the privilege of observing the wealth of birds that populate the branches of the Atlantic forest around the studio. All this just a five-minute drive from the commercial center of Itaguá, with supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, gas stations, etc., and its waterfront, lined with restaurants, snack bars and ice cream parlors. The studio is located on the hill of Vermelhinha, and access to it from the street is via stairs. It is therefore not suitable for people with physical limitations (if in doubt, please contact us). We don't have a parking lot, but you can park on the street (in front of the property), which is very quiet; in addition, the neighborhood is very safe, with guardhouses and security cameras. We're at the top of the hill, and there's access from both sides: one on cobblestones (from the red beach in the center), and the other on dirt with stones and some stretches of concrete (from the right-hand corner of Itaguá beach). There are ditches and irregularities typical of coastal regions, but it is accessible and passable by any type of vehicle, even in the rain. For guests' comfort, we provide beach chairs and parasols. We also provide insect-proof sockets, but as we are surrounded by forest, we recommend bringing insect repellent. Our space is totally friendly to LGBTQIAP+ and to all the letters and symbols that represent the diversity of ourselves!

IMPORTANT: the price of the package does not include bed and bath linen. If guests wish, we can provide them. The fee is 70 reais per set of sheets and towels, for up to 2 people, and 35 reais per extra guest. This fee must be paid on the day of check-in, directly to the hosts (pix or bank transfer).
