Fast Wi-Fi, shared kitchen, quiet environment and parking space. I'm quiet, I work with technology and I value respect and good coexistence. I have a small, docile pet (Piper) who can be present in the house. I'm a naturist, so if you're not during your stay I'll keep my clothes on.
