TERMS OF STAY AND RULES OF COEXISTENCE Welcome to Vieira Souto 500. To ensure that your experience in Ipanema is guided by excellence, safety and harmony with the condominium, we ask that you carefully read and comply with the following rules: IDENTIFICATION AND ACCESS (72 HOURS IN ADVANCE) For reasons of condominium security and legal compliance, it is mandatory to send official photo IDs of all guests who are part of the reservation at least 72 hours before the check-in date. Without this information, access by reception may be compromised. VISITOR AND OVERNIGHT POLICY Visits are permitted during the daytime, however, overnight stays are restricted exclusively to guests registered on the original reservation. Entry protocol: All visitors must identify themselves at reception with an official photo ID. If the visitor does not present identification, entry will be blocked immediately by building security, without exception. ACCOMMODATION FOR MINORS In accordance with the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, guests under the age of 18 may only check in accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If unaccompanied, it is essential to present legal authorization signed and notarized by both parents. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT LOGISTICS We value punctuality to ensure that the unit is spotless on each arrival. We ask that you strictly adhere to the established check-in and check-out times. Changes to these times depend on prior availability and may be subject to additional fees. SILENCE AND CONDOMINIUM HARMONY The apartment is located in a high-standard residential building. Silence Law: Must be strictly observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Events: It is strictly forbidden to hold parties, noisy social gatherings or events of any kind inside the apartment. Failure to comply will result in condominium fines that will be passed on in full to the guest, as well as the possibility of immediate interruption of the stay. TOBACCO-FREE ENVIRONMENT To preserve the hygiene and comfort of all our visitors, smoking (including electronic cigarettes and vaporizers) is prohibited in any internal area of the apartment. The smell of tobacco will require extra cleaning, the cost of which will be charged to the guest. SECURITY AND MONITORING Please be advised that the common areas of the building (corridors, elevators and entrances) are monitored by a 24-hour camera system. The recorded images can be consulted by the host at any time to verify strict compliance with the rules of occupancy, limit of people and rules of coexistence established here. ANTI-DRUG POLICY We maintain a zero tolerance policy for the use of illicit substances. The identification of such activities in the unit will result in an immediate report to the police and investigative bodies.
