welcome to your comfortable Parisian pied-à-terre. As soon as you arrive, you'll be given a key to the building entrance and a key to the apartment. You'll be free to come and go as you please. All you need to do is lock the door each time you enter and leave. Please do not leave the keys in the lock. you have access to the bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet. hot water is available at all times. the only room is the large living room. the host will share this living space with only me in person. the host will have his own bedding (the gray corner sofa visible in the photos. on top you have protective covers. a comforter with cover and a cushion. the bed is very comfortable for a single person. you have access to the kitchen area with two electric hotplates for cooking, an extractor fan, a large and a small fridge. a cupboard containing basic kitchen utensils with glasses, plates and cutlery. the sink is also at your disposal. above the large fridge you can use the hot-air fryer and the Senseo coffee maker. view through the bay windows to the outside. the inside of the apartment is not visible from the outside, behind the windows you have blinds. You can deploy these blinds. television and high-speed fiber-optic internet connection.
In the same street, about 50 meters from the building, you'll find a professional laundromat.
All shops and transport stations are in the immediate vicinity.
