Nice bedroom with tv. Otherwise you have access to the whole apartment, kitchen, living room and terrace.
I work nights, so I won't be there at night, for the handing over of the keys before 19h15 (time when I leave for work).
Otherwise I have a long-haired cat so allergic refrain because I can vacuum every day it may remain a few hairs 😅.
