Upper, spacious private 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. The bathroom is in between the bedroom and kitchen/dining/living room area. 1 queen bed that can comfortably sleep 2 though the apartment can accommodate sleeping 3-4 if additional guests don’t mind sleeping in the living room/TV area. The living room/TV area is furnished with a standard couch and a chair; there is an additional futon couch as well that can collapse for an additional sleeping space, (extra pillows and linens can be provided upon request if needed).
There is no stove top, no oven in the kitchen. Due to county regulations a stove/oven is not allowed. Cooking appliances include a microwave, a toaster oven/air fryer, and an electric hot plate (2 plates...pots and pans in the unit that can be used on hot plate).
