For this reason, parties, events or any kind of celebration with excessive noise, movement of people or behavior that could disturb the residents are not allowed. It is permissible to talk, relax, listen to music at a moderate volume and enjoy the space, always with common sense and respect for the collective environment. After 10pm, we ask you to pay special attention to the quiet hours. From then on, noise, loud music, loud conversations or any extravagance should be avoided. We also ask you to pay attention to exposed areas of the property, such as the balcony. As this is a residential condominium, with neighboring units and circulation of residents, intimate conduct, nudity, obscene acts or situations that could embarrass other people or be seen from common areas and nearby apartments are not allowed. Guests' privacy is fully respected within the property, as long as common sense, respect for neighbors and the condominium's rules of coexistence are preserved. We also do not tolerate any form of disrespect towards residents, employees, collaborators, doormen, cleaning staff or other people in the condominium.
