Charming apartment near Montmartre

Welcome to my Paris apartment. I am delighted to welcome you and hope you enjoy your stay in Paris. This apartment has been carefully renovated and furnished to preserve its Parisian charm while offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. Thank you for taking care of it as if it were your own. Arrival and departure - Arrival (check-in): from 12:00 pm - Check-out: 2:00 pm Please respect these times so that we can prepare the accommodation for subsequent travelers. During your stay So that everyone can make the most of the accommodation and the neighborhood, please observe a few simple rules: - The apartment is non-smoking. - Parties and events are not permitted. - Please respect the quiet of the building, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. - Unregistered additional guests are not permitted. - Please take care of the furniture, decoration and equipment provided. The record player is an object of particular importance to me. It is fragile; please handle it with care and return vinyl records to their sleeves after use. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped. Please : - Clean dishes after use. - Empty the dishwasher before leaving. - Turn off hotplates after use. - Do not leave perishable food in the refrigerator when you leave. Waste Garbage garbage cans are available in the kitchen. Please empty your garbage into the bins in the courtyard before you leave. Security Before leaving the apartment, please check that : - Windows are closed. - Lights are off. - The front door is properly locked. Before you leave Thank you for : - Leave the apartment in a clean condition. - Do the dishes you have used. - Empty the dishwasher. - Empty the refrigerator of your food. - Collect used towels in the bathroom. - Close windows. - Turn off lights. - Lock the door when you leave.
